This is an opportunity for anyone to visit our studio and see what all that dance is about. Enjoy Free Classes, a social dance with instructor assistance, and refreshments at the friendliest dance studio in Austin:

6:00pm Dance Jam Cardio with Danyelle
(this class is fun & funky and works all the best parts of you!)
6:00pm Zumba Fitness with Tina
(Latin infused aerobics)
12pm YOGA* with Judy
(improve your balance, strength and flexibility)
6:00pm Choreographed Strength Training with Danyelle
Incorporates small weights with movement to music
11am Zumba & Toning with Tina
(30 minutes of toning with weights and 30 minutes of Zumba)
1pm Zumba Fitness with Tina
ZUMBA is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class. It includes combination rhythms of Latin Disco, Reggaeton-Cumbia, Conga Hip Hop, Merengue Hip Hop, Techno and Salsa.
SexAppeal Cardio with Danyelle Eddy is lots of body isolation and fun! Specifically designed for women, it is a workout that gets you moving with confidence about who you are, no matter what shape you are.
Dance Jam Cardio is a fun energetic dance exercise class that incorporates, Salsa, Swing, Hip Hop, Merengue, etc to work the areas that need it most. (dancesneakers recommended)

*YOGA with Judy Morris will focus on increasing flexibility and strength, improving balance and relieving stress. $5pp or included in unlimited group class package.

CHA CHA CHOREOGRAPHY · Thursdays in March
with Jake and Kristy -- Intermediate Level
Each week you will learn some out-of-the-ordinary choreographed patterns in Cha Cha. This is a fun way to learn
the character of the dance and how to apply it to your social repertoire.
Included in Unlimited Package or buy a class card - $15 per class or $45 for all four classes.

AUSTIN CHRISTIAN SOCIAL GATHERING at Studio North

Get started with mini lessons in Two Step, NightClub & EC Swing, then stay to dance!
Join Christians from around the Austin area, FRIDAY MARCH 26th, for an evening of dancing and socializing. We will start the evening with mini lessons in three of the most popular dances and then practice what we have learned to the best dance music in Austin. Refreshments provided.
$15 pp for all 3 classes and the social dance
OR $5 pp for the dance only.
